Description

In previous learning, children looked at division as both sharing and grouping. Here, children revisit and consolidate their understanding of these key skills. They will learn to recognise whether the question involves sharing or grouping. Children will use concrete manipulatives or pictorial representations to support their understanding. This lesson includes a teaching presentation accompanied by differentiated activities with a range of fluency, reasoning and problem-solving questions, as well as 3 sets of extra fluency questions.
