Part-Time Invoicing Administrator

Hours

Part-Time – 16 to 22 hours per week
Working days: Either Monday or Tuesday and every Friday (office hours)

Salary

£13.00 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented Part-Time Invoicing Administrator to support the daily invoicing and administrative activities of our Education business in Coleshill. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, prepare customer invoices, and provide administrative support to help the business run efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in invoicing, accounts administration, or office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Process purchase invoices and maintain supplier records.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with credit control activities.
  • Maintain accurate invoicing and customer records.
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets as required.
  • Liaise with customers regarding invoice queries.
  • Ensure documentation is accurately filed and maintained.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an invoicing, accounts administration, or office administration role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
