Office Administrator

Location: Coleshill, Birmingham
Salary: £23,500 per year

Hours: Full-time, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, statutory pension

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling telephone queries, managing multiple email inboxes, liaising with customers, uploading resources onto our in-house system, and assisting with general administration duties. This role requires someone who is approachable, reliable, and able to multitask effectively. Full training will be provided.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Handling telephone queries from customers and clients.
  • Actioning emails in several inboxes promptly and professionally.
  • Liaising with customers to resolve queries and provide assistance.
  • Uploading resources onto our in-house system.
  • Performing general administration duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Covering other roles within the team during periods of holiday or sickness.
  • Booking customers onto courses.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grades A-C.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience working in an office environment with a similar role.
