
In this lesson, children will learn how to use the four operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) to solve problems involving the length and height of objects. They will use objects and pictorial representations to solve both one-step and two-step problems. This lesson includes a teaching presentation accompanied by additional fluency questions, differentiated practical fluency activities, differentiated reasoning and problem-solving challenge cards.
