
In this lesson, children will build on the previous learning to learn the months of the year. They continue to use their understanding of ‘before’ and ‘after’ to become familiar with the sequence of the months of the year.

Sequence events in chronological order using language (for example, before and after, next, first, today, yesterday, tomorrow, morning, afternoon and evening)
