In this lesson, children will build on the previous two lessons and combine instructions to move an object from one place to another on a grid and include how it has turned as well.
National Curriculum objectives:
Use mathematical vocabulary to describe position, direction and movement, including movement in a straight line and distinguishing between rotation as a turn and in terms of right
angles for quarter, half and three-quarter turns (clockwise and anticlockwise)
Differentiation:
