Please confirm that you have read and agree to the below terms.• A Zoom account is required for online courses. • Your camera will need to be ON to access online courses and remain ON for its duration. We reserve the right to NOT ALLOW access if your camera is set to OFF. • All bookings are usually processed within 3 working days. • Secure card payment links and invoices will be sent with all booking confirmations. • Payment via card: A payment link will be sent to you on receipt of this booking form. Payment is required in full before the course date so that the Zoom details can be forwarded to you. • Payment via invoice: Please provide a PO#/reference and the correct forwarding email address upon booking. An invoice will be forwarded upon receipt of your booking form. Our standard invoicing terms are 30 days; however, we suggest that payment is received at least one week prior to the course to enable all information to be sent to the delegate in time to prepare for the course. • Multi-delegate discounts are offered on select courses. These are only available when 2 or more delegates are booked onto the same course within the same booking. • The link to join the Zoom, link to access the training booklet and delegate preparation information will be sent directly to all delegates upon receipt of payment or 2-4 days prior to the course start date. • For payment via invoice - within our 30 day terms > if no payment has been received three working days prior to the course, link information will be released to the delegate(s). Outside of our 30 day terms > payment or remittance advice will be required prior to releasing zoom information. • When purchasing a place on a Zoom Morphs Spelling and Reading Intervention course, payment is required 2 weeks prior to the date of the training to allow time for resources to be posted and received by the delegate/s. Failure to do so will result in the delegate/s place being cancelled. • If you or a member of staff from the booking are no longer able to attend, please email training@grammarsaurus.co.uk more than 48 hours before a zoom course or more than 14 days before a face-to-face course to either cancel or facilitate a transfer to a suitable, alternative course. • Please ensure we have the correct delegate email address - if no delegate email address(es) given, all details will be sent to the email address provided on the booking. • Only the delegates whose details are added within this booking form will be permitted to join the Zoom from the Zoom waiting room - no replacement delegate will be accepted without prior authorisation being given. Please contact training@grammarsaurus.co.uk more than 24 hours before the course to make any changes for Zoom courses and more than 14 days before the course for face-to-face courses. • This course is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. • Our standard Place Value of Spelling, Place Value of Punctuation and Grammar and Morphs Spelling and Reading Intervention Zoom courses are NOT recorded and are therefore, we are unable to forward a recording should you be unable to attend the course. • No refunds will be given - please check that you have booked the correct course as multiple courses are available. • We reserve the right to cancel any courses and in the event of this, will always let know all delegates and appropriate parties know in as much advance as possible. • Non-subscribers are welcome to purchase this course. • Our courses are designed to deliver confidence in teaching the Morphs Spelling and Reading Intervention, Place Value of Punctuation and Grammar and Spelling with Grammarsaurus via our Place Value of Spelling approach to your students without a subscription. However, during the course, we will recommend specific resources designed to assist with the delivery of PVPG and Spelling with Grammarsaurus via the Place Value of Spelling approach for which a subscription will be required. A school subscription will need to be purchased to use these resources across your school.
