This lesson focuses on the core art skill of developing technique. Children will learn how to use a paintbrush carefully and safely, explore the three primary colours and mix them to create secondary colours. Through practical painting activities, they will practise making controlled dots, lines and shapes while keeping colours clean and developing confidence with paint.
