This topic is about going shopping at the supermarket. Children will learn how to name food items (25 in total!) and read a shopping list. They will use grams, kilograms and litres. Children will also say if they like/dislike the food items and say what they will buy at the supermarket. They will do a role play at the checkout. (Greetings, and numbers 0-100 should have been done before this topic.) This topic will last 4 weeks (1 hour lesson per week).
