Description

This fun hide and seek activity allows children to find the different superhero characters and superhero vehicles. Children can then use the template to write what they can see. This activity encourages children's independent writing as well as using the sentence starter if children want it.

Objectives
Children in Reception
Articulate their ideas and thoughts in well-formed sentences (CL)
Form lower-case and capital letters correctly (L)
Spell words by identifying the sounds and then writing the sound with letter/s (L)
Write short sentences with words with known sound-letter correspondences using a capital letter and full stop (L)
Re-read what they have written to check it makes sense (L)
Early Learning Goals
Write recognisable letters, most of which are correctly formed (L)
Spell words by identifying sounds in them and representing the sounds with a letter or letters (L)
