
This editable lesson focuses on the core Design and Technology (DT) skill of researching through exploration.In this lesson, children will explore how electricity creates movement by learning about batteries, wires and motors. They will compare how Roman chariots moved in the past with how modern vehicles use electricity today. Children will then build and test a simple circuit to see how electrical energy can power movement.
