This editable lesson focuses on the core DT skill of evaluating. In this lesson, children taste and evaluate the fruit wands and bean spread they have made. They use their senses to describe flavour and texture, say what they like and suggest one simple improvement. Children reflect on the skills they used, how they stayed safe and how their snack meets the needs of the user.  Please refer to the DT safety guidance for schools and teachers advice when undertaking any practical activities.
