Description

This editable lesson focuses on the core Design and Technology (DT) skill of making, helping children to follow their plans and build a toy. Children will select and prepare recycled materials, cut and join parts securely and construct a working wheel and axle to make their toy move. They will also decorate their toys to make them appealing, while ensuring they are strong, safe and functional.
