In this lesson, children should recognise that a half turn is the same as a straight line and use the knowledge that a half turn is 180° to calculate missing angles on a straight line. This lesson includes a teaching presentation accompanied by differentiated activities with a range of fluency, reasoning and problem-solving questions, as well as 3 sets of extra fluency questions.
