Description

In this lesson, children add and subtract fractions where denominators are not multiples of the same number e.g. 3/4 + 1/5. They will need to find equivalent fractions for both fractions before adding or subtracting. There is a teaching presentation and differentiated resources with a range of fluency, reasoning and problem solving questions.
