Lesson 14  Correspondence Problems

In this lesson, children will learn how to use multiplication to work out the total possible numbers of combinations of a set of items.
There is a teaching presentation and three levels of worksheet (working towards, expected and greater depth) with a range of fluency, reasoning and problem solving questions.

solve problems involving multiplying and adding, including using the distributive law to multiply two-digit numbers by 1 digit, integer scaling problems and harder correspondence problems such as n objects are connected to m objects
