This differentiated science lesson focuses on discussing the shape of the different planets in our Solar System. The lesson introduces Aristotle and how he helped find evidence to support that the Earth is spherical and not flat. There is an activity described in the presentation that will allow children to model the solar system using fruit. Suggested fruit would be:
-1 watermelon
-1 large grapefruit
-1 large apple
-1 orange (slightly smaller than apple)
-2 cherry tomatoes
-1 blueberry
-1 large peppercorn
