In this lesson, children use their knowledge of factors and times tables to divide mentally. They will spot relationships between the divisor and the dividend and choose appropriate factors to divide by. There is a teaching presentation accompanied by differentiated activities with a range of fluency, reasoning and problem-solving questions.
