Lesson 3: How powerful was the Roman Army?

This differentiated history lesson focuses on the first emperor of Rome, Emperor Augustus and his Imperial Army. The children will discuss how powerful this army was and why. The lesson concludes with the children studying a Roman soldiers armour, uniform and weaponry.
