Description

In this lesson, children are introduced to degrees as a unit of measure for angles. They learn that 360° is a full turn and explore related angles and degrees, using this and the language of clockwise and anticlockwise as they look at turns. This lesson includes a teaching presentation accompanied by differentiated activities with a range of fluency, reasoning and problem-solving questions, as well as 3 sets of extra fluency questions.
