Description

In this lesson, children measure angles up to 180° using a protractor. They measure angles where the protractor is placed for them, then move to placing the protractor themselves. They should use their knowledge of estimation to support them in reading the right scale. This lesson includes a teaching presentation accompanied by differentiated activities with a range of fluency, reasoning and problem-solving questions, as well as 3 sets of extra fluency questions.
