In this lesson, children build on the previous step and are introduced to reflecting. They look at reflection and begin to reflect shapes on a coordinate grid on either the x or y-axis. This lesson includes a teaching presentation accompanied by differentiated activities with a range of fluency, reasoning and problem-solving questions, as well as 3 sets of extra fluency questions.
