In this lesson, children learn to count in 50s. They use their knowledge of the 5 times tables to support them in counting to 50, recognising the relationship between counting in 5s and counting in 50s. This lesson includes a teaching presentation accompanied by differentiated activities with a range of fluency, reasoning and problem-solving questions, as well as 3 sets of extra fluency questions.
