In this lesson, children use their knowledge of right angles, straight angles and whole-turn angles to calculate missing angles around a point. There is a teaching presentation accompanied by differentiated activities with a range of fluency, reasoning and problem-solving questions.

draw given angles, and measure them in degrees (°)
identify:
angles at a point and 1 whole turn (total 360°)
angles at a point on a straight line and half a turn (total 180°)
