I have been impressed by the thumbnails I have seen Grammarsaurus for years. However, it was only recently that I bought myself a subscription and I can honestly say it is worth every penny. Not only do they have well-considered and beautifully presented resources, but the bespoke ‘request a resource’ service is AMAZING! They have just produced a biography of Tutankhamen, following my request, and it has saved me at least three hours of work! The quality is fantastic and it links perfectly to the history topic that we will be writing about.

I would highly recommend getting yourself a subscription - you won’t regret it!

I find the clarity and layout of the resources particularly appealing to my SEN pupils. I tend to use resources targeted at lower KS to those I teach and these look professional and age appropriate which is important when working with older SEN pupils. The pupils also respond really well to the videos. Thanks Grammarsaurus!

Two weeks ago I messaged Grammarsaurus about the Benin topic. I was not expecting them to reply (I think it was a Friday afternoon), but to my surprise they did reply, within minutes and I was told they would be on it during half term. Then, on the Monday or Tuesday after half term I got a message with updates that it would be up on the site that week. I was even given the overview of the lessons to help me plan my first one. They kept their promise. First lesson was uploaded on Sunday! I am really impressed and grateful! Thanks Grammarsaurus!

Love Grammarsaurus resources. i especially like the model texts which save me so much time, the songs (it's all about the verb is a class favourite!), the writing prompts such as the ARE mats or common exception word mats and lots of the games. Lifesaver!

Writing

We have hundreds of model texts written by qualified writing moderators, meaning that our texts meet the expected standard for each year group. Our model texts come with both a blank and an annotated version to support subscribers in recognising the year-group specific grammar, spelling and punctuation teaching opportunities within the piece.

Reading

Our reading comprehension texts have been written specifically for each year group. The question styles reflect the end-of-key-stage assessments, so that pupils can develop expertise in answering comprehension questions based on the range of content domains of the English Reading curriculum.

Maths

Our new maths resources are separated into small step lessons for each unit of work. Each lesson holds a range of question styles, including varied fluency, reasoning and problem-solving. We have developed unique icons for each lesson so that children can easily recognise the style of question they are being asked.

SPag

What we are famous for! We have half-termly SPaG assessments, a spelling scheme and hundreds of lessons focusing on all aspects of spelling, punctuation and grammar.

Science

Our innovative science area covers the entire English National curriculum for all year groups. Inside each topic area, you will find a range of differentiated lessons, display resources, investigations and our fabulous end-of-topic assessments.

History

The lesson series in our history area meet the requirements set out by the National Curriculum. If you see a 'verified' label on the resource, it means that a specialist in that period of history has helped to develop the resource. This means that you can rest assured that our history resources are of the highest possible quality.
